New Procedure: Streamlining invoice process and bundling labor hours

When inputting labor hours into the vendor portal TotalFacility will requires you to enter your “TOTAL” labor hours for each invoice. This means you must enter the combined total of all labor hours which were spent in the process of executing a service request, and is inclusive of ALL hours involved (including things like trip hours, truck time, computer time, research time, etc). This new procedure starts Monday, February 8, 2010.

Increase your sales by telling TotalFacility the zip codes your company serves

Let TotalFacility know the areas your company serves. Our new vendor portal tool ‘Areas Served’ lets you tell TotalFacility the zip codes your company serves. To manage your areas serve go to the ‘My Account’ section of the vendor portal and select ‘Areas Served’.

TotalFacility needs your best rates

To compete in today’s market we need your best rates. Up until now we have been using the vendor invoice to collect missing rate information. Rate information has always been a key factor in calculating your vendor rating. We will be soon be requiring vendors provide their best rates on all trades performed for TotalFacility. Competitive rates will be a key tool in expanding your sales at TotalFacility. Trade rates will be managed from the ‘My Account’ section of TotalFacility’s vendor portal. In next few weeks you will be required to submit your trade rates.
